2019 Shelby GT350 Announced

The 2019 Shelby GT350 is taking technology notes right from the mustang road course racing and Shelby GT500. These upgrades add to the balance and precision for an all around faster lap time. Many new performance upgrades have been added as well to improve the aerodynamics of the vehicle as well. The Shelby GT350 was built for speed.

 

All the best in tires, chassis technology, and aerodynamics have come together for the ultimate race winning machine. The GT350 also comes with an all-new rear spoiler and the choice to add Gurney flaps or an optimized grille closeout. Additional upgrades to look forward to are the active suspension, tire enhancements, recalibrated springs, revised damping, electric power assist steering, three-mode electronic stability control, and six-piston front and four-piston rear caliper Brembo brakes.

 

The GT350 comes with an excellent 5.2-liter V8 engine. This engine is the most powerful naturally aspirated Ford production engine to be created. It delivers up to 526 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque! The engine is also perfectly paired to a precise-shifting Tremec six-speed manual transmission for the perfect ride.

 

As for the entertainment of the vehicle, this GT350 comes with some top of the line technology. Some of this tech would include some new fancy designs like the dark slate Miko suede door panel inserts that come with accent stitching, the new power-adjustable seats, the universal garage door opener, a custom-tuned 12-speaker B&O PLAY audio system, an 8-inch touchscreen SYNC 3, and a dual-zone electronic automatic temperature control.

 

The GT350 also comes in some incredible new exterior color options as well. A few of these available colors would be the Ford Performance Blue and the Velocity Blue! You can also add the optional factory painted over-the-top racing stripes in a variety of colors too. These stripes can be painted on in Oxford White, Kona Blue, or in high-gloss Shadow Black.
