Does the Flex offer more than one enigne option for the 2019 model year?

There are two engine options for the 2019 model year! Up first is the standard 3.5-liter V6. This engine delivers 254 pound-feet of torque and 287 horsepower. The EPA has estimated that with this engine, the Flex can get up to 23 miles per gallon on the highway and 16 mpg in the city with FWD. This engine can be outfitted with all-wheel drive. The second engine option is a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6. This engine cranks out 350 pound-feet of torque and 365 horsepower. This engine is only equipped with all-wheel drive and it can get an estimated 21 miles per gallon on the highway. Both engines come matched to an automatic six-speed transmission. The turbocharged engine gains steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters. Plus, with the turbocharged engine, the Flex can tow up to 4,500 pounds when properly equipped!

The exterior style of the Flex is unlike any other in the segment with bold lines and large windows that let the sunshine in! The ride height is similar to SUVs making it easy to load in the kids. Inside the wagon, you'll find three rows of seating and a maximum cargo space of 83.2 cubic feet. Ford offers the Flex in three trim levels for the 2019 model year: SE, SEL, and Limited.
